Terms and Conditions

Use of this site is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. I, for myself, willingly assume any/all risks associated with participation in the CES Mentoring Initiative and I, for myself, agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Canadian Evaluation Society, the software owners and developers, their predecessors, parent subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, volunteers and employees from any and all injuries, liabilities or damages from participation in this project.
2. I additionally agree to indemnify the Canadian Evaluation Society, the software owners and developers, their predecessors, parent subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, volunteers and employees and their predecessors, parent subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, and employees for any defense cost or expense arising from any and all claims, injuries or damages arising from participation in this project.
3. I am of physical ability to participate and am legally competent to understand and complete this agreement. I hereby execute this agreement without coercion.
4. I also understand that once my picture is posted on the Mentoring Initiative website, the image can be downloaded by any registered computer user accessing the World Wide Web. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the following: the Canadian Evaluation Society, the software owners and developers, their predecessors, parent subsidiaries and affiliates, officers, volunteers and employees.

*The Canadian Evaluation Society retains the right to remove your profile and account at any time if you are not using this site as intended for mentoring; you may be contacted by email as part of ongoing improvement and evaluation activities.
